This is the worst Sally’s experience I’ve ever had. The Port Charlotte store is closer to me than the North Port one so I figured I would go in there. I will NEVER make that mistake again. The ladies working act as though they have no time for customers and are very short with any kind of help. No hi how are you, can I help you with anything, no thank you have a good night. Might as well have robots working there, they would be nicer. Not to mention a limited selection compared to other stores and hardly any hair color swatches.

I went in looking for 2 different things.. in a rush bc i was running late for work. I have naturally straight hair and just want some curls.. Saramei was busy doing som3thing but stopped, just to come up to me and ask if i needed help. I told her about my hair but also about what else i was looking for. Lets just say my hair curls now and my gifts were loved by the person i got them for. Thank you so much Saramei for your help!
