One of the best places to live in Florida. Very reasonable association fees. Fantastic people. Every activity you can think of. We love living in Oak Hollow.

Unfortunately, most rentals in the community are not maintained well .

Not with out approval from environmental committee.

Does the HOA ask for proof of income? Need to know what I should bring when I go in to fill out a renters packet.

Not that I am aware of. I purchased my home February of 2018 and I was never asked for proof of income. If your renting though that might be different.
