Never going back. Candace cut and drew blood on both my grandsons ears, one worse than the other, you would think if she knew she caught one she would have been more careful about the other. When I said it was bleeding she didn't offer any help I had to ask for it. She threw two Band-Aids on the chair and walked away. Completely rude. The ladies you had in there before were awesome that's what kept us coming back, not now

I checked my six year old son in online for a haircut. We arrived, completed check-in and sat down to wait. Another family came in with three kids and checked in to have their hair cut. After a few more minutes waiting a third family with a little girl came in. The stylist with short gray hair and heavy eyeshadow rolled her eyes and said under her breath to her client "oh God, not another one" as the third family arrived. She left her station to complete their check in and flung her tools on the counter. I got up and left requesting that they sign us out as the elderly stylist seemed too angry to cut children's hair. Frankly I was fearful of her as her mannerisms reminded me of some sort of boomer version of a Disney villain. It was evident that despite her age, she was annoyed and didn't possess the emotional maturity to manage her great big feelings so I didn't want her near my kid with scissors. We went to wiseguys and they were thrilled to take care of us.

Salons also carry many commercial brands, such as American Crew®, Paul Mitchell®, and Sexy Hair®.
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.
