I hit the drive thru for the double steakhouse burger with fries and a bacon wrap. Not pleased at all. Burger was tasteless. Soggy bun toppings were not fresh at all. Fries were greasy, soggy and a very small portion. Bacon wrap was ok and the most tasteful of the three.

Not sure if they are letting people eat in yet, whenever I go I usually go to the walk-,up window or drive thru
You can order thur the drive in or at the walk up window.
I agree. Drive thru way to slow. And they close walk up window at 8pm even if drive thru is backed up. They need to open dining lobby back up.
The food is good ONLY IF YOU GET WHAT YOU ORDERED!!! I ordered a barbecue plate and a Coke and got to the window they said I wasn't charged for the Coke. Then I paid for a Coke and left the window and left. The Coke ended up being a ice tea and there was no fork! TRY EATING BARBECUE AND SLAW WITH NO FORK. Last night I was sick and my date went to get me supper. 2 corn dogs and 1 cheeseburger and 2 shakes and they even screwed that order up...only 1 shake. I complained to the manager about a week ago but called headquarters and left a message last night I wonder who else this is happening too. Everyone needs to respond to the community instead of letting them also become a victim.

You just need to remember to order your sides at the speaker box. The clerk was full of it.
