Ordered chicken sandwich & clerk gave one side with sandwich. When ask about the other side dish, clerk said you have to ask for 2 sides when placing order other wise you have to pay extra for the 2nd side. My question is this correct.

You just need to remember to order your sides at the speaker box. The clerk was full of it.
