My favorite menu item is the chicken finger plate but I frequent the Wings and Things when I'm feeling like a dog and want to chew on chicken as tough as a bone, lol. I digress, because that is all locations but specifically this one I had a terrible experience. The woman who took my order rung it up twice and when i asked why the price was so high she responded to pull forward and the next employee will explain. I wasn't looking for an explanation i wanted a fix. The next one couldn't fix it so a manager came outside to correct. I was given the wrong order, had to come inside and was told I "took" the wrong order. 3 young ladies addressed me with misinformation about my order and the manager made it better by giving me the correct order, letting me keep what I had and providing a voucher for the next time. I could tell there was no structure there but if they would take a page from his book they'd go farther. I think his name was Joe or something. Kudos to him! My review is not low because of him, but I still shared my complaint. ZAXBYS needs to stop cooking their chicken wings so long, the meat is hard as bone marrow.
