Fox Rental is the most unprofessional company I’ve dealt with in my entire life. I rented a condo for 2 years and paid rent faithfully every month and took care of that property as if it were my own. The property owner did not renew my lease because they wanted more money per month( I verified this I paid $970 per month and they put it on the market for $1150) When I moved out I scrubbed this place top to bottom and left it better than I found it. I fixed all nail holes except for 2 small spots that the putty had not dried yet. The vanity plug was left in the bathroom draw exactly where I found it. I had to contact Fox Rental several times about my security deposit( It took over a month) to receive anything in the mail. The property owner kept my security deposit except for $90($1,425 security deposit and $300 pet deposit fee). They claimed I damaged their floor but that damage was there when I moved in so when I contacted Fox Rental for proof I was completely ignored, the property owner hung up on me as well and when I called them back they told me to sue them. I called, emailed and text Fox Rental for the home inspection paper work that I filled out after moving in proving the damage was already there as well as other paper work because I took the property owner to small claims court to get my security deposit back. Fox Rental ignored all requests ( I made several attempts) so because of I did not have the proof in small claims my case was dismissed. The property owner claimed I damaged a small area in the living room so they kept $1235 for one small area in the living room that you could stand in one spot to cover. They charged me $100 for a broken toilet handle that I had submitted a work order for that was ignored as well. The property owner kept my security deposit so they could have the entire condo floor redone!!! I confirmed this with a former neighbor that lived beside me. Fox Rental only cares about their clients and are not for the tenants at all!!!!!!! Shame on you Fox Rental.
