Good morning. So, this is a walk-in facility. I, too, thought calling for an appointment would do me justice. It did not. So, plan ahead. And arrive earlier than 8 a.m. as folks will be waiting by the entrance starting at 7 a.m., or earlier.

Really busy center wait times can go up to two hours due to the amount of people they see a day.

It depends. Some companies require observed testing, some do not. If you provide a suspicious looking, insufficient amount, or out of temperature range sample for non-observed (most of them), and the test is regulated (federal), you will be given up to three hours to provide another sample. During that time, you cannot leave the building for any reason, even if it’s to go have a smoke and they can see you right out the window, (considered refusal to test) and your next attempt will (by federal regulations) be observed by a staff member of the same sex. They will provide you with water or coffee to get that bladder primed, but it has to be limited to 3 beverages. For non-regulated, all the same rules except observation apply unless requested by the company you are testing for. End state - don’t try to buck the system, these folks do 100 or more drug screens a day EVERY DAY. They know what right looks like, and they don’t mess around, as the can lose their license for letting one slide
