Very polite phone service and directed to the proper staff member for assistance. Hugh was professional , concerned and very willing to help. I had a previous experience at a shop to install my EZ Lock , that left me in a bad spot, literally hanging half way complete. Hugh accepted my job , documented my needs and set me up with an appointment. I showed up for my appointment- was checked in by a very kind receptionist - Greg my technician greeted me with a smile - had me describe to him just what I needed to be done - he assured me he could fix the problem and re-install my ez lock in proper spot , add seat belt discs and stabilizer bar so that my son could be safely secured and transported! Greg did a professional complete job and was excellent at what he does ! I highly recommend this facility !

If I could leave a 0 review I would. We have had nothing but problems from the beginning. We purchased a motorized wheelchair and a lift for our car. The first chair fell off of the lift while driving in a residential neighborhood and I had to put in a claim to ins. co. which cost us $500 out of pocket. 2nd chair got so bent while on lift that seat completely bent. We paid extra for bigger seat and received call that seat was in after waiting several months for delivery from mfg. Went to store and told by Tim Liebig that he didn't know anything about it and he would check into it. Months past and no response from him. Also he admitted that the lift they recommended is NOT the right lift for the wheelchair. Now we have a torn seat that is too small for my husband. One of the arms is now broken so it cannot be used. They keep ignoring me. My husband is very ill and this equipment is his only way to get around. Thus is only part if the issues but too much to list. If these people do not respond to me with a course of action, I am going to call 6abc and speak with a consumer reporter.

My van had several issues unexpectedly while I was planning to pick up family member who was in hospital for more than a month. I knew normally I had to wait at least a week to have an appointment to get done, I just asked emergency help to NANCY AND HUGH. Wow.... They listened to me and allowed me to have my car done at top priority work schedule, I was able to make it on time. Plus, the car is in perfect condition again. I can't thank you enough you NANCY AND HUGH. (Please Boss, give them some compliment. They definitely listen to the customers.!!!)

I would like to rent a van for a weekend this summer with a wheelchair lift and a passenger seat where a wheelchair can sit. Is this possible?
