First of all my husband and I used Walgreens in several states and are usually very pleased. Since moving to Alabama we have had nothing but problems with the Hartselle store. My husband has been diagnosed diabetic 2 and the final straw with this store is my husband is using His Used Needles because the employees refuse to communicate with each other and listen to there customers. We tried to tell them we were not getting the right equipment do to the high cost, we no what it should cost, they argued with us and sure enough we are now stuck with expensive glucose sticks that don't work in the machine, they sold us! Now on top of that we apparently can't get needles either and no one had the decency to even call us back after we keep trying to address the multiple problems with this pharmacy. Needless to say I'm so upset. Maybe they should inform the techs Diabetes kills. He was just hospitalized for sugar being to high. We're going to get a new pharmacy that cares about their patients.

I love shopping in Walgreens. They always have a great variety of merchandise. I also like that they carry seasonal items that are unique. The customer service is top notch.

This is ABSOLUTELY the worst pharmacy / store I have ever dealt with! I used the app to order and express pay to order my prescriptions.NOT one single employee knew how to use the app to retrieve my information! I was over charged and my account is still reflecting an overcharge! The management in store and pharmacy have not tried to help me,I have been forced to WAIT for the charge to fall off!! ABSURD ! NEVER again 😒 I gave 1 star because I was forced to so I could post this!!

I’m in agreement with everyone else! The pharmacy is the worst managed around. I am gonna move my prescriptions somewhere else.
