Burnt fries, chicken deluxe did not have all the fixins on heavy mayo and soggy lettuce, and to top it off the chicken was burnt... yall have to do better

Just say no. I needed to grab a bite on the way home from BWI on a Sunday night about 9:15 so I figured I'd drop in at this location and grab something at the drive through I could eat on the way home. That was a mistake. For one, the service was painfully slow. There were about 5 cars ahead of me, and it took me over 20 minutes to get through. I kept on thinking, I could be home by now. I was tempted to bail on my order, and in retrospect I should have. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and sweet tea. The sweet tea was unsweetened. The fries were barely warm. How a place can mess things up so spectacularly is beyond me. Live and learn.
