NO STARS AT ALL. YOU OWE ME A STAR FOR BEING SO PATIENT. Horrible. I was the 2nd person in line at the drive thru. Took them about 15 minutes to acknowledge me and take my order. It was 2 ice tea, coke and a cup of water. Electricity flashed out for a brief second and came right back on. When they told me it would be awhile could they get me anything, I said yes, a cup of ice water to the young lady at the money window. About 5 minutes later, a ginger hair colored young white man came and asked me the same question. He told me the machines weren't working but they had ice however because water isn't directly shipped in by McDonald's so he couldn't help me. He refused to give me a cup of ice water. I never got my water from McDonald's. This is the McDonald's on 717 Nursey Road, Linthicum Herights, MD across from KFC. I will never go to this McDonald's again. I felt like I was feeling ill and needed the water. I went to KFC. They were only too happy to assist me. Learn from KFC McDonald's. Your customer service sucks!

I just wanted to mention after going through the drive thru here my debit card information was stolen. coincidence? . always best to just go inside and order.

Why lie and say you have no ice water? I made my order and I asked For ice water and I was told we are not serving Ice water. I asked why I was told they had no ice.l I said fine I’ll take a cup of water. Anyways I pull up to the second window and ask for a cup of ice water and the lady says sure no prob and gives me a cup of ice water. What other shady things are you all doing in there if you’re lying about ice water?

Raw meat and heavily over salted fries meaning no dinner for me tonight i get its late but this is unacceptable i never complain as i work in fast food also but this is ridiculous i should never take a bite out of a burger and see pink i even broke it apart and separated ot to make sure it wasn't ketchup this is dangerous
