Do NOT rent here...... The management is horrible i have been waiting for a them to fix my dishwasher since Jan its now almost April. I have glass closet doors and the wheels are broken i told them this in Jan i was told the new doors would be in today and no they just now measured them to order them. Maintenance guys do not speak English so i cant communicate with them at all they have no idea what they are doing they put a band aid over whatever is wrong....i put in a request to have my air fixed like 2 or 3 times and its still not done they come to fix it when its 60 degrees and it blows cool because the air outside is cool right now in a day or so when its 80 outside it wont work and the parking situation is a nightmare i can never find a place to park because people who dont live here park and the towing is not enforced at all. They have remodeled some apartments but not mine because ive lived here for 5 years they do remodel as tenants move out but my lease is almost up and if i resign with them my rent will also go up to the same price of the remodled units. My advice keep looking elsewhere thia place is poorly managed and a joke!
