I just signed a lease here and I move into the apartment in a few weeks! I am moving from out of state but Logan and everyone in the office has been helpful. Communication is excellent and my questions are always answered in a timely manner. I toured with Logan and she was so kind. Very personable staff, they are willing to hold my packages for me in the office since I am shipping my stuff from out of state and moving will be hectic since I work in aviation and have to move around my scheduled days off. I look forward to my new apartment and will keep this review up to date and will comment on other areas of the apartment once I arrive. 7/23/22 UPDATE: when I first moved in, some things needed to be fixed. One of the draws were sticking out, window had a tiny hole, and the toilet seat needed to be replaced but maintenance was able to fix it in less than several days! Very pleased that they fixed it so quickly. Otherwise, the apartment was in okay shape given the date it was built . Inside the cabinets and draws has some wear and tear but that is to be expected with these apartment buildings that have been around for some time. It is kept well and the landscaping is also very nice! 7/28- ice maker hasn’t worked since I moved in and I don’t have any cold water in my bathtub. I have placed work orders last week and I have yet to have maintenance come by to fix it. I have spoken to a maintenance guy two times and each time they advised me they’ll come today between 8:30-9:30 am. When is this going to be fixed? It’s frustrating to come home and now see another issue arise when the other ones haven't been fixed! Now I have water coming out of the stove. What is going on? UPDATE 7/28: Maintanance was able to stop by today, thankfully and he was able to fix the ice maker. Apparently, water was leaking from outside the fridge on the other side which made its way under the fridge. As far as the temperature of the water of my apartment, it is only hot or somewhat cold. Unfortunately, this apartment doesn’t have very cold water so I won’t be able to use cold water how I normally like to do in the mornings to feel awake. It only feels lukewarm/mildly cold. In my last apartment, I had the option of having super hot or super cold that’s why I lowered my rating. UPDATE - Noise: I just wanted to leave a more honest review on the noise level of my first floor apartment. While there are no complaints about the noises outside, it is alarming how I can hear every sound from the apartment above. I can hear when they are walking, when they open and close their balcony door, it sounds as if someone is in my home! Definitely will be something I’d like to avoid in my future lease. I’m sure it is just because of how and when the buildings were made. I just came home from work and this just happened. I tried to open it and heard a weird noise. My door is off its hinges…I really hope maintenance will come tomorrow morning to fix it. If office is seeing this, please let me know. Thank you. Goodnight. 9/18/22
