WARNING TO ALL!!!!!! Don’t buy from here. Several reviews match mine. We were sold a car that is terrible. I was lied to about oil leaks with the car. I only had a small amount to buy a car and now I’m out of money and they won’t help me. They scammed me out of my money and are avoiding being honest. They lie about everything and finds ways around helping people. VERY MANIPULATIVE!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL!! DON’T BUY FROM HERE!! I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING CORPORATE WITH NO RESPONSE!! They have zero interest in helping people. I’m very surprised they can still run a business with unsafe procedures!!

Unfortunately, I was in a car accident and my car was a total loss, so I had to purchase another vehicle in a quickly matter. I turned to this dealership because, online they appeared to have great inventory and it was close to my house. George was my sale person, he was decent and attempted to make the experience a positive one however, the overall experience was not good .John another guy that assisted with the process should take training classes on customer service because he was very short and appeared to be judgmental regarding my case . My credit history is not the best but not the worst case, he treated me as such. Very shorty patience, not answering my questions when I asked about things regarding to vehicle I purchased. Limited inventory he had to offer when I was displeased about the vehicles he was attempted to put me in. John treated me like I should be thankful I got anything and I should stop asking questions and go home. Which I'm glad I made it home because the car was on E when I drove off the lot. His attitude was short and my sister that came as support notice his energy was not right and how he acted. There was minor scratches on the car, I kept asking can this be fixed or buffed out and John acted like I shouldn't be bringing up anything about the car as if I'm lucky to be put in this vehicle. He stated he would order me an kit of Amazon so I can do it myself. SERIOUSLY! Til this day, no one can fix the problem as they stated they have exhausted all of their options. Never followed up with me regarding any warranty packages overall If I had the time to go to another dealership I would have because the customer experience from John spoiled the whole process. Everyone does not have a perfect score or credit history but don't treat them as a inconvenience, at the end of the day you still make a sale! The only good thing about this experience, is that they sold me a beautiful 2016 Audi Q5 and I' am grateful for that.

Brakes or tires
Yes and the service center staff are great people. The manager is reasonable in solving problems if you aren't happy with any aspect of their work.
I will not bother giving them a visit, there are other dealerships that will treat you with respect.
