After a thorough tour of Wilshire Estates and learning about all the apartment complex has to offer, we chose to move my mom from out of state and settled her in two weeks ago. My mom feels comfortable in her new apartment. She enjoys the food and the friendly staff. Family is encouraged to enjoy a meal with their loved one (at a nominal fee). We have observed that the staff cares about its residents, always willing to assist or chat. Toni, Lonnie, Jason and Krista have been attentive to our needs and questions. Wayne has taken care of maintenance requests promptly. The dining room staff always greet us with a smile. Shauntae in particular, always goes out of her way to make the residents and their family feel welcomed and cared for. Chelsea, the activities director, brings enthusiasm and encouragement to the activities she plans. We like all the amenities offered at Wilshire especially the month-to-month lease, weekly apartment cleaning and linen service as well as Family & Nursing Care and Legacy Therapy Services available at the complex. We truly feel we found the best place for mom!

Seems like they just care about making a sale. I was referred to Wiltshire Estates to find independent living for a family member. I provided the income information, but it turned out that Wilshire was out of the budget. I’ve kindly told Jeanie twice that it’s out of the price range, yet she continues to call, text and email me asking when we can come for a tour. When I say it’s out of budget, she won’t acknowledge me. That’s fine, but stop with the aggressive sales tactics.

Wilshire Estates is much more than I could ever have expected! Not only is the community beautiful, but the staff is incredibly caring and sensitive to all of the residents needs/wishes AND they're fun to hang around! You can be as busy or as idle as you wish here. My Mom is incredibly happy with her new home!

Lisa and I began our new life at Wilshire Estates on August 2nd. We love it! The place is much more than we could have ever imagined. The residents are friendly and welcoming, and the staff really cares. And I can't say enough good things about the wonderful food!! So glad we chose Wilshire Estates Gracious Retirement Living. The name says it all!!

Hi Sheila, great question. The monthly rents begin around $2,895. Our month-to-month rents include three chef-prepared meals per day, weekly housekeeping and linens, utilities (except phone), activities, and numerous other things. We look forward to hearing from you.
Hi Tonya, we have so many different sizes and styles available that it's hard to say exactly. Included in the rent, which starts below $2,900/mo, is all food, activities, local transportation, utilities (except phone), cable, etc. Our residents also enjoy the security of on-site, live-in managers 24/7.
