UPDATE::: I finally made time to go back and get the oil changed. No one was ahead of me(11:25 am). I was greeted by William while Richard and Nicolas got started on the SUV. They were extremely polite! Got the job done in under 15 minutes and was on my way to work. Thank you Guys! Job Well Done! "In the past didn't have a long wait; in and out in 18 mins or less. Stopped for an oil change about 10 am. One car in the bay, a SUV waiting and thought on this shouldn't be that long of a wait. Only one bay open and waited half hr. They were still working on the first vehicle. Had to go to work so turned around and left. Will try again later".

Car was running fine took it here for simple oil change next thing I know leaking oil everywhere & no emailed receipt.What now $$$$!
