I bought an AT&T prepaid phone from walmart after losing mine on vacation. I could not get it to activate and the customer support number could not either. I drove to the Batavia, NY at&t. Immediately I was greeted by Cullen, whom must have sensed my dread and defeat, for he valiantly stepped up to vanquish the technological terror that was my new phone. Not only that, he went above and beyond to assist me due to the nature of my job and the necessity of having my phone for it ASAP. If AT&T was a military unit I would follow Cullen into cellular battle, that's how good he was.
