Last time I stayed after 4 hours the electricity went out. Went to the front desk to find out what was up. Rude as all get out asked for the main number to call corporate/Franchise she said the computer is down because of the electric, I said you don't have a hard copy of the number? She said NO! And wouldn't give the number to me. She said "You can Look it up!"!! No apology, Didn't return half of room cost nothing. I wasn't even able to use the entire room being I slept the first 4 hours. The electricity went off 10 minutes after I woke up. Normally we stay there whenever we go to Tri-Cities. Never again, it cost me $80 for 4 hours which is $20. per hour. Ridiculous!! Worst Service EVER!! Emailed the manager, Have Never gotten a response.

There was hair on my bed sheets. Gross. When I pulled onto the premises to check in, I encountered a large group of people in the back parking lot drinking and hanging out from the sliding doors. They had lawn crew operating a leaf blower at 7am outside my door while I was still resting and trying to relax. Cops were there dealing with other guests..I suspect they have season workers renting rooms so the motel is also like an apartment complex but really loud. You can hear through the walls easily.

My husband and I recently stayed here for 5 days, and we were very pleasantly surprised and impressed with the service we received. Our room was updated, very clean, quiet, safe, and accommodating for our every need. The staff was very friendly. The manager was amazing, and very much on top of everything. We definitely enjoyed our time spent here and will 100% be returning!

This was our first time traveling to Kennewick, WA. The General Manager, Pearl is awesome! This Motel 6 was nice and clean. It is an interior corridor hotel style. The rooms were clean and had a modern look to them. I liked the hardwood floors. There was a mini fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again next time we visit!
