Horrible costumer service Not friendly at all ! I just go there when everything good is close and if I’m super desperate for coffee , but other then that this place sucks ! Management needs to do better on their interviewing people to work there or this place needs new management ! The guy that works there he’s super rude , I got there 5 minutes before closing and he seriously couldn’t make a drink he really said no I can’t make it it And it’s not only him the girl that works there too she just stares at you all dumb and no expression no friendliness what so ever Please hire better people or close this place down

This is a good location in downtown Kennewick. It's a drive through, & minimum indoor seating. Drinks are made well, service is friendly, helpful, and quick. I like that the baristas went out of their way to help me. The drinks are more expensive since they converted to Black Rock. Be aware that the medium is now a 24 oz. I usually go out of my way to get my coffee here instead of the one on 395, they are friendlier.

Wonderful blended Snickers. Made just right Consistency is what it's about. Some others or not frozen by the time they get to you, others might still have ice boulders still in the cup. Free birthday cup though so that's great!
