Great experience here last week Wednesday. I had a very corroded battery so it failed. I first went to Advanced Auto Parts on Springfield in Maplewood and the employee said he couldn’t help me because his store was closing soon and he had no help. It was like 7:50 and he didn’t close for another hour and 15 (do not go there) I then went to This AutoZone. The sales person was helpful and fast. He spent extra time getting my battery out because it was so corroded and then replaced. Next time I am taking the extra time to go here vs Maplewood Advanced Auto Parts. All it takes is one bad employee to lose business for life.

I live in another part of Jersey. I only trust this location and took a risk of my car breaking down to come here. Honestly the people here are great. Especially Paebo. Awesome person who went above and beyond to help me. Also, so patient with helping others. That’s why I only come to this location. Quick service too!

Manager and employees super helpful. I wish I had gotten managers name but she was super nice and helpful with replacing my battery today. She went above and beyond to help me by calling honda so I could get the correct fuse and then had one of the guys take me as I had no car! Amazing customer service experience on a busy Saturday. I can't express how appreciative I am!!! Thank you guys.
