Customer service here is horrible. They dont know how to answer the phone. They always hang up on you before you finish your question and seem to be more con erned about what is for lunch time then what the customer needs.

All auto zone have bad telephones response.

Ya'll sure ain't lying. Phones are horrible,more worried about lunch. Never have enough help on hand. Foever hiding in back & public enem y number is??? 99% of the time you are given the wrong part then realize its wromg and have to go all the way back to s t and in line to return..

Helena, the only thing i can say is go on the web site and make this complaint. Some companies do have a Comments or Contact Us. I get results when I have issues.
