Aire Serv provided annual maintenance on my A/C system and as usual it was done professionally and completely. After the maintenance was completed, I was told that my young 5 yr old unit needed cleaning. The work was estimated to take 3 hours and could be com;eted that same day as the effort was mostly manual labor, but the cost estimate was $720 which I felt was excessive and unreasonable since that related to paying the manual labor cost at over $200 per hr to do the job. Obviously, I rejected having the job done that day and don't expect to have Aire Serv do the process in the future.
