I’m an event planner by trade. The American Helicopter Museum is a hidden gem of a venue. The cost is extremely reasonable (a steal!) and provides a flexible space perfect for spring through fall months. Super fun for whimsical wedding couples, and perfection for professional functions. Guest will show up just for the curiosity factor. Add docents to add context to all the cool things guests will see at no additional cost. Light A/v needs are proved onsite. It’s a non-profit, and I suggested the volunteers who run it Raise Prices… so contract with them now!

Not only historical about the evolution of Helicopter flight, but how to fly a helicopter that entails corrordination of using your feet as well as your hands together.

My 2 1/2 year old grandson was in awe the entire time. Plenty of helicopters for him to climb into to play with all the buttons and switches. Can't wait to make this a tradition. The husband and I went on a separate trip so we could take our time and learn all about the history and engineering of helicopters. The volunteers were very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended!
