Let me begin by saying, Dr. Mann is wonderful. That being said, the excelsior office in Orchard Park is horrible. Every time I go to this office, I am greeted with hostile receptionist. Unlike their other offices, OP employees seem angry and unhappy. After enduring that everytime, then I wait. On avaerage my wait has been an hour. If my appointment is at 2:15, I can expect to wait till 3:15 to be called back to a room. Once in a room an additional 15 to 30 minute wait. I do not have this problem at any of the other Excelsior office. Can someone explain why OP is so bad. Because I like Dr. Mann I have tolerated this, unfortunately I don't know for how much longer. Great doctor, horrible office experience.

Yes, The Excelsior Red Tail Drive location in Orchard Park provides physical therapy. I would go there if I could, but the distance is prohibitive. I live in Jamestown. I do make sure I get to Excelsior in Orchard Park for all my orthopedic needs. Dr. Pula and Josh Snyder, physicians assistant, are among the very best.
