I had a great experience with Bryan, the store manager. My car needed to be jump started a few times in the prior month so I was expecting to get a battery when I entered the store. Bryan asked me to take it for a drive to let it recharge so that he could test it and confirm. It was a 6 year battery old battery and, once he tested it, showed some life remaining but not worth the risk of continued use, so we replaced it. I appreciated Bryan's analysis to be sure that I really did need a new battery and he replaced it in under 10 minutes. Best battery replacement experience I've ever had.
