TERRIBLE AND UNEXCUSABLE COMMUNICATION!! Good luck getting a call back from these people and WHEN you do, sit back and enjoy all the excuses of why things aren't done or why they need to keep your vehicle for DAYS on end. Some are completely absurd! I read all the reviews about how bad their communication is but thought "in the age of cell phones, social media, texting, direct messaging ect, how/why word the communication be bad?" Well, it truly is that bad, unless you're family or friends with them, you don't even register on their priority list as a PAYING CUSTOMER with a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!!! Its a shame that there isn't a option for ZERO stars. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

Ok here is an honest review for Off Road Central. Let me start with this it was my 1st time working with these guys so I really had no idea what to expect but my hope were high. I read some reviews before I went in and I talked with Barb and she was super nice and very pleasant to talk to. My only ding would be it is very difficult to get a hold of these guys which can get frustrating and there were days I was going to pull the project away which btw was a huge under taking I brought them a brand new Rubicon unlimited extreme Recon edition which I paid $67k and have them take All of the suspension off of it ( which was crazy on my part) and add a 4.5 lift 38 inch tires new rear bumper, axle steering and steering stablizer! So to say I was a little worried would be a huge understatement! I was having trouble sleeping from all the worry and not being able to get a hold of anyone just added to my misery. The good news When I would have to drive in (which is a little inconvienent I know...) Barb would put my mind at ease and she basically tell me that no matter how mad I would get that they are not going to rush my build because don't do that and promised I would be happy when they are done so I trusted her and I am glad I did! My Jeep turned out awesome and I even brought it back to have them go over it after 30 days and everything came out better than I could of expected! If you can get past the communication issues the craftmanship is beyond good. Give these guys a shot and know like any place there is stuff that could be improved (communication) but end result will be well worth it! Thanks ORC for all the hard work!

I don't like to write negative reviews. However, I gave this business a chance to call me back. I paid for running boards many months ago and was told they would be available in 3 weeks. I have called to follow up 6 times. A guy answered the phone the 3rd time I called and he said that someone would call me back - they did not. They have my $400. Every time I call I leave a message - can't ever get anyone to answer the phone. I have left a message every time I have called. The last 2 messages I left, I explained that if I can't get a phone call back, that I will have to resort to the online review community. I even waited an extra few days after leaving the final message. I'll be contacting my credit card company to report and try to obtain a refund. I'm sure they are nice people and I'm hoping everything is ok, but there are other reviews that point out the same issue.

Even with the setbacks and road blocks caused by the craziness going on in this country Barb was still able to make something happen for me and my jeep ... Thank you so much love the way it turned out OFC ...

Don't think so. If you want to learn about them go to their Facebook page. They installed a lift on my Jeep 2 days ago. Highly recommended.

I'm not sure, stop in and get a quote. Quotes are free

Sorry I'm asking so many questions. I have an 2011 Silverado and want to do an 5-7 inch lift on it. But like my factory rims what would that do about that. And how long did you wait till you got your vehicle back?

Charlene Brandt | Oct 6, 2018
Barb Boyd | Oct 6, 2018

You can keep your factory 20's with a 5" or 6" lift. We would need your truck for a full day.

How is the pricing?

Very good pricing. Best prices around for just about everything
