Bought a 12ft dump trailer from Keystone in Nov 2020, 10,000lb weight that started tearing the frame after trying to dump 2500lbs. I have called and explained I haven't used it much and didn't even have half the weight specified when dumping. After several calls Brian said he would ask Harlen to call to no avail. This has been going on now for a couple of months. Brian has told me I'm out of warranty 1year. Yes I am but your product didn't even come close to performing like it should. So now my calls don't go through and I'm left with a torn steel frame. 0 stars

Bought a brand new trailer for their asking price, and when my son went to pick it up, the chains were too short. They said they would give us extensions. I went back to get them, the shop guy helped me out, and I left. An hour later the owner Brian called and berated me for leaving without paying the $25 and hung up on me after saying “We are done”. Nothing had ever been said about paying for anything, and it was just making the trailer right. I’m going back to pay him whatever he needs to bring his blood pressure down, but losing your temper over $25 after I bought a brand new $5000 trailer??? Terrible customer service.

They were absolutely amazing! I had looked all around town and called every store, and they were the only ones that had the trailer tires that I needed with a higher rating. When I spoke to Denise on the phone, she was so helpful and super nice. And to top it all off, they were also able to put the tires on for me, everything at a fair price. 10/10 for great costumer service and they saved me money. Would recommend to anyone!

This place is overwhelmingly disorganized, and staff severely lacks communication skills. Most of the time coming across as outright rude to people giving them money.
