Extremely disappointing. This location has done a poor job representing Hilton. The room was suitable for pets ONLY. As soon as I walked in the room there was an immediate strong pet odor. The sofa was covered in pet hair. The carpet was visibly soiled and also covered with balls of hair. I would guess that only the bed linens and towels were touched in this room as there were two entire handprints on the head board as well as finger prints all over the dishwasher and fridge. There was hair in the shower, sticky residue on the shelves and night table. The mirror was dirty and smudged and there were scratch marks on the ottoman. I did not ask to change rooms because several co- workers requested to change due to similar complaints only to find the same uncleanliness in other rooms. Because I was staying for a work conference, I opted to go out and purchase gloves, disinfecting wipes, Lysol and odor neutralizing spray to make it through my two night stay. The staff was friendly and provided information on the amenities to include breakfast. However, due to the obvious poor standards for cleanliness, I did not take advantage of any.

Our family of 5 stayed here one night. It was very comfortable, and I felt like the room was clean. Our kids enjoyed the pool...even though the water was pretty cold. This hotel is in a good location. The staff at the front desk were very nice. I especially appreciated the morning front desk staff. The breakfast was good. We are planning on staying here on our way back home from our Florida vacation in a few days.

The rooms are very clean and also huge. Loved the generous amount of storage and the larger sized fridge. We only stopped for the night, but property appeared clean and up to date. The outdoor fire pit and seating area would probably have been great if it were warmer outside.

Friendly staff everywhere in hotel. I loved how nice they were to the guest. The hotel was clean and brightly decorated. Fresh fruit was available at front desk. The breakfast had a good amount of food choices, was kept stocked. Check in and check out was easy. Staff recommended great restaurants for lunch and dinner. Dog friendly hotel with a small indoor pool, a gym, entertainment style lobby, available computer, and laundry area. 😀

So the answer is Not so simple. Ypu cant just show up with a dog unannounced because there are dog designated rooms. They have rooms set aside for people traveling with dogs. You need to call the front desk and advise them you have a dog so that they are aware of it. If it's a Nationally Registered Service dog with proper documents and ID, then there should not be a fee for a service dog. I just traveled with my dog and the the hotel GM was very nice about the situation and treated me with respect.
No there is not. They have a beautiful indoor pool.
