My family and I stayed for 2 nights. Hotel seem to be clean, however, our socks were picking up all dog hairs from the floor. On the day of check in at 3 pm, as soon as we got in the room and dropped our bags, housekeeping opened up our room without knocking to try to inspect the room. This was before we were able to take our shoes off. As soon as that happened, I put the do not disturb sign on the door handle. The policy of this hotel states that it is a cleansing hotel, meaning housekeeping should be scheduled during our stay. We did not schedule one during our 2 nights. Today, we will be checking out in an hr. Keep in mind the do not disturb sign is still on the door, housekeeping decides to ignore the sign and knock. Repeat saying housekeeping, and again tried to unlock the door. This hotel did not keep up with policies and make our stay uncomfortable with attempts to access an occupied room. I am hoping, No one attempted to enter while we were not in the room. Since workers seem to ignore do not disturb signs. I will not be staying at any TRU hotels anymore. Very cautious experience and will not recommend.

This hotel was a great place to get some rest before traveling another 12 hrs. Jennifer at the front desk was very pleasant to deal with after a long trip. She told us where we could get a good quick bite to eat that was close by. We will definitely be staying here again.

Love the hotel. Clean and modern, but I couldn't squeeze the soap, etc. out of the tubes on the wall. Good thing I brought my own. Also, the TV was very complicated to operate. Water pressure was poor but could be because we were on the 5th (top) floor. Hot breakfast was great. All that being said, I would stay there again.

The good: Rooms were clean and it was quiet. The vibe was not what I am used to as we generally frequent Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden Inn. Rooms were sparse and left me feeling like I was back at a college dorm. Hot water for tea at breakfast was not hot - barely warm. No way to make coffee or tea in your room. When we arrived there were some people playing billiards, the lobby smelled as if someone who had recently just smoked MJ was there. The breakfast was okay and a lady was working hard to keep everything refreshed.
