Right off I95 and surrounded by fast food, sit-down dining, and some big box stores makes it the perfect location. The rooms were nice, the gym had elliptical, bike, treadmill, and dumb bells. Staff was nice and friendly.

This hotel overall was not clean. We can to request new towels alot because of a lit dirty spots on them. The couch bed was dirty when we pulled it out. The mattress had stairs and trash was left in between it. I do not recommend this place and I will not be returning on my next trip.

Returning home from Florida, we stopped overnight. With so many hotels to choose from, we certainly chose the best one. Being a Bonvoy member allows many options to choose from! Room was very clean. Staff were kind & helpful. Breakfast in the lobby was out of this world! Totally did not expect the excellent choices of food for free! A very friendly, kind woman maintaining the breakfast bar was the best part! (Wish I could remember her name) Great conversation! Only one negative that really isn't horrible, but very bright up-lighting outside under the window where the bed is located is not a great place for the light. Even the drapes and dark out shades didn't block the light. Would still stay again, just not in that room!

Made a seven day reservation at this hotel in Florence and outside of some technology issues I have no complaints. The technology issues dealt with the key card losing its programming during the course of the day. This happened several times and each time the key had to be reprogrammed. After the third trip to the front desk to get the key reprogrammed I simply asked for two new keys and the clerk was more than helpful while issuing two new keys. Overall the facility was nice but it appeared that it was short on cleaning staff as there was always some sort of debris in the hallway whether it be dirty linens, trash bags, or some sort of food container. A group of guests did decide to empty all of their trash out of their car onto the ground as they were departing which is no fault of the facility and to their credit the parking lot was cleaned up by the end of the day (shame on those people for being litter bugs). The room itself was very nice and spacious. The hotel provides some basic flatware, glasses, and some various other items that a person staying for a week may need should they choose to cook in their room. I would recommend if you are staying at this facility and you are planning on cooking, bring your own cookware and utensils. The other item to keep in mind is that the hotel does not provide daily room cleaning if you are staying for an extended period such as a week. You can request that the room be cleaned and you can also request clean linens if you need them. They will not be replaced unless you specifically ask for new linens. Overall, if I am in need of an extended stay hotel such as this one in the Florence area, I will probably choose to make a reservation here again in the future.
