Had gone to a different place to have my tire looked at and they didn't want to help so they sent me here. Kito? Helped me out, found the metal shard and fixed up my tire quickly and for a good price. Was very friendly, I would recommend this shop because of him. I continued my cross country trip/went off roading and the tire is still holding up. Thank you!

While visiting Bryce Canyon, I had a flat tire on my rental car. I pulled into the Bryce Canyon Sinclair gas station and went to the service department. Kirby came out and right away took my information and assured me they would do what they could to get me on my way as quickly as possible. It was a busy day but Kirby was great, he got my car in right away and assessed the problem and was able to get the tire replaced in no time. He even said stop by before I left to be sure all the tires were at the correct pressure. Kirby and the staff at the gas station were very friendly and helpful and turned a bad day into a good one. Went several minutes before 8 opening. One mechanic(who I know) said go press the buzzer and someone would be out. I pressed the button once, waited 20 30 seconds and Kirby came out. I did not say anything except I needed a battery and needed to get to the airport for a flight. Some reason he came unglued and threatened me. Yes I am an employee but should be treated first and foremost as a customer. Might be a decent mechanic, I dont know. I do know he needs to be kept away from interacting with customers

Mac is a gem! Even though I showed up minutes before closing for the weekend, he gave me a cheery smile and a reassuring word as he accepted the task of fixing my leaky tire. A punctured tire is no fun when traveling! Mike was very courteous and took pity on me when I called in advance. He was sympathetic and friendly, even though I caused them a delayed closing. They did the work efficiently and the cost was reasonable. Thanks so much, Mac and Mike!
