This is a decent hotel for the location and that's all. It is not worth what you pay to stay for any other reason than the location. In other words you're paying for the convenience of staying right at the park entrance, which is nice after a long day in the park. The hotel is dated, stuffy, and the staff is not friendly. They act like they don't really want to be there. Hospitality is not their name. The breakfast buffet was good. Several options and plenty of everything was available. Our room was clean and comfortable, but the walls are thin and you can hear everything in the hallway and above you. It did quiet down at night though. It was worth it to us for the location alone. I would probably stay again if I were visiting the park for a full day, but not otherwise.

We had a 2 queen suite and it was great. The service from the staff was excellent. The room was large and clean, with great amenities. I have never stayed at a Best Western and was a little apprehensive, but they they were awesome and I would stay again in a heartbeat. Every bit as good as Marriott and Hilton, which I stay at an average of 20 nights per month.

Quick Summary I was quite surprised by the quality of the Best Western, especially with the shaky history of hotels near national parks. The rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was provided. Fitness center was adequate. And jacuzzi and pool are available. It had everything I needed, especially since I'm spending more time at Bryce Canyon Room- 5 stars The room was pretty large for 2 queens, and there's a large bathroom with 2 sinks. It's a perfect spot for large parties (although they are not pet friendly) Service- 5 stars Staff was helpful and polite. Nothing spectacular, but solid service throughout Amenities- 5 stars Standard breakfast bar was standard. Gym had a bench press, some free weights, and some machines (back pull down, pulleys, and an ab/dip machine), and cardio machines. It had everything you needed, especially since you're spending most of your time at Bryce Canyon Location- 5 stars It's only about 7 minutes away from the Bryce Canyon entrance. Pretty nice overall for Bryce Canyon National Park to be so accessible compared to other national parks Bottom Line Surprised by the excellent stay at Best Western Plus. Will be using it for future stays when visiting Bryce Canyon

We really liked the proximity to Bryce Canyon. Just a few minutes to the gate and visitors center. There are two Best Westerns in Bryce- the Grand and Ruby's Inn. We ate dinner at the Inn and stayed at the Grand. Liked them both for different reasons. The complimentary breakfast at the Grand is better than average. Enjoyed the gift shop, grocery store and dinner at Ruby's Inn. The staff at the front desk of the Grand was very helpful regarding what to see if you only have a short time in town. We would stay at the Grand again because everyone was so helpful.

Seemed so. I had my std poodle with me. He is a service dog though. I'd give them a call to be sure.
You should call them..
