This is the most incompetent post office I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had to contact them multiple times because their mail delivery people don’t like to take mail out of mailboxes that need to be sent elsewhere. Most recently I even left a note taped to my mailbox saying to take what was inside and yet there it is, still in my mailbox. Absolutely ridiculous. ALSO. I signed up to get daily alerts showing what I’ll be getting in the mail that day. Lately, I’ve gotten the email, yet none of it actually gets put in my mailbox. I’ve lost important pieces of mail as a result.

Go to the post office and take it off hold. Talk to your carrier and explain so he/she knows to check with you if it should happen again
