Positive: convenient to access. Low price but that reflected on overall experience. Negative: Hotel was dirty. Green bed over was dirty. No elevator. Broken air conditioner. Toilet would not flush. Light bulb in bathroom burned out. Front desk employee was very unpleasant and very difficult to understand.

This unfortunately was the worst! We had doubts driving up because it looked run down but we kept an open mind. No elevator and stairs going up to the 2nd floor we’re filthy, dusty and dim. The room looked like it was just dusted or vacuumed around things. Literally dirty along all furniture edges. Dead flies and dust in window seal. Stains on sheets, leftover hair and pins in bathroom. Smeared walls. The worst part was the doors to the outside were broken and anyone could come in and out. The owner was rude when I kindly asked if anyone was available to re-vacuum. He switched us rooms , it was okay but still dirty! We grabbed our bags and RAN out of there. I can usually get over small issues but this was the most disgusting hotel ever. He refused to give us a refund so we just took the 155$ loss and went across the freeway to a comfort inn, 1000% better!!

Easy to get to, quick & efficient check-in process. Rooms were large size and reasonably clean, until looking at the bathroom baseboards & corners. Could use a deep cleaning there! Breakfast was sad with very little choice, we ended up grabbing a coffee only and going to nearby restaurant for breakfast. This is not a 2 star hotel, I rate a solid 3 star leaning towards 4. It is considerably better than a number of other 'Quality' Inns but not as good as most 'Comfort' Inns in this chain although this place was excellent for comfort, including great pillows and many of them. Disappointing to be robbed by the vending machines and have front desk staff say they don't refund! First I've heard of a hotel that doesn't take responsibility for this and regain their refunds from the vendor themselves. Ridiculous, especially considering the vending machine can be seen from front desk.

The facility was old and run down. The man at the front desk was mean, abrasive and degrading. He yelled at me about having over 4 guests (my youngest was co-sleeping. The room was absolutely disgusting. There was cereal on the floor from previous guests. There were used tissues under the beds. It was horrible. Don't waste your money.
