One of the terribly trained employees ruined many customers day. Came here to close the acct. Lady at front put us in waiting list and made us to wait for an hour. Another employee (supervisor) later told us that we shouldn't have to wait as it can be done at the counter. There were 3 other customers wasted more than an hour because of that st**** employee.

I have a business in Grand Prairie and I came to the Arlington Pioneer branch, the truth is that they make the work more difficult, I live near this branch, I do not have an account at this bank and they tell me that they are going to charge me $10 for each check that I cash and accept! , and then the manager tells me they can't cash my check,...... That's because I don't have an account at this Pioneer branch bank. And I explained that in other branches I have always changed them. How can you trust again to open an account in this bank, if the manager's treatment was not good, and having to go to the belt line and main St in grand prairie to change it.

I patiently waited in line got signed in and yet they skipped me twice! I arrived before anyone.. I just left I even went early in the morning to avoid a crowd. Should have looked at the reviews first
