This place is a joke. Absolutely horrible service. staff doesn't even know what they can and can't do. Go anywhere else I almost closed out my chase account and move to Bank of America or something.

If I wanted to transfer my account from another credit union; What do I need to do???
I went in to open an account again and just with my personal information they were able to see I had a previous account with them. I'm not sure how far back they go but I'm sure that with some of your personal info they could find something useful or give you more direction.
They will give you A Atm card in the bank you can only withdraw money with that card At A Atm until your new card come in the mail ! Hope that help u
