Today I went to try and open a savings account for my daughter and the man sitting next to the door was very rude. When I told him I wanted to open an account and make some changes to another account he said if I didn't have an appointment he couldn't do anything for me today. I have been a member for over 20 years and never have I walked into the bank offering to deposit money and be turned away. I was very disappointed on how the situation was handled and the lack of customer service and willingness to help with any kind of solution.

These people are following corporate policy but they are insulting in many ways. For what ever reason they are all wearing masks which is limiting their oxygen intake and affecting their cognitive reasoning. They have limited staff and now customers have to wait 20 to 45 minutes sitting in their lobby breathing their air.

Terrible branch. We usually use a different branch in Arlington but today we stopped by here because we were in the area. We went to drop off 7 deposits because we bank commercially through Wells Fargo. We were the only car in line, nobody was behind us. The teller refused to process our deposits because it would “take too long” and would “hold up the line”. That’s verbatim what they said, even though we were the only ones in line. Then they only did half of the deposits because they claimed the other half were wrong. After checking myself when I got home I noticed they weren’t wrong, they just didn’t want to spend the time.
