If you are a tourist, it is required. You have been to this place many times though. Some funky clothes, jewelry, henna tatts, turtles from welded nuts and the like. This one does have a rather cool wood etching place with plenty of cool things. You are likely to walk through. It's not bad and if you are in the right mood, you will make someone's day and buy something. To be clear these aren't tchotchkies, but you have been here.

The River Steet Market Place is great place to start if you plan to adventure down River Streer! The Market has all kinds of cool stuff to shop and a lot of the vendors are local! You have to check out all of the other resturants and shops too! So many awesome outlets and delicious places to eat! Great opportunity to support some local businesses! We loved our experience on River Street and it all started with The River Steet Market Place!! Highly recommended!! - Take Care and Live Well - 😎 🤙

Amazing! We ended up staying an extra night just to explore the river another day. Lots of fun to look at and eat and drink and spend. And almost everything is dog friendly! Perfect.

There is a little bit of everything for everyone in this section of River Street. Love seeing the hand made items made by local artists and artisans, there is a ton of talent in Savanah! Highly recommend that you stop by the Hemp Company in there, great people!!

I'm not familiar with anywhere to buy peaches on River street market. Sorry!
There is an application located at https://riverstreetmarketplace.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/RSML-Application-revised.pdf. Booths can be leased and cost is by size, location, and amount of foot traffic.
I think you can at the public boat dock. The one at the Market Place is private. (You can call the dockmaster at both to see if they allow it)You would have to bring your own bumpers for sure.
