I booked their King Suite and was charged that rate but given a Standard King Room which was tiny and dirty. The room was shown to be available but then was told they do not allow pets in that room. Highly disappointed as well with the trailer parking area as I stepped on a goat head in all the dust, rocks and weeds. Showed up excited and left crying.

Stayed here over the 4th of July weekend. Staff was not very friendly, hard to understand the broken English. The pictures of the hotel do not match it in person. Beautiful pool that we expected was empty and dirty. Disappointing stay.

Great place for a single night stay. The rooms are massive and clean. The room had microwave, fridge and TV. Towels were clean and so was the bathroom. No coffee maker and coffee in the room. The one in the lobby is awful. No elevator, so had to take heavy bags up the stairs.

Zero starts. We didn’t stay here after booking and prepaying on Hotels.com. Owner/Manager told us that the Hotels.com credit card was declined, even though our payment went through. Clearly they wanted us to “cancel” the reservation and book/pay directly to the property so they wouldn’t have to pay a commission. Too much BS for us….we got a refund through Hotels.com and left…. I would not book through a third party to stay here….
