Recently purchased a Rockwood Mini Lite. Very good experience. Negative points were: we were told there would be 2 batteries included, but have discovered there is only 1 in the battery box...upon arriving home found one tire only inflated to 55 psi (should be 60)...@ delivery noticed the safety chain hooks were too small to adequately attach to our Ford F250, had to spend an additional $45 @ Tractor Supply to purchase correct size. Overall Mark Polatty (Sales), Jared Saraga (Finance), Anthony Marziani (Tech Support) & Tim (Service) were very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful.
