A round of applause for Gary Geib, Sales Manager! The back story. In March 2021 my wife and I ordered a TripleE Leisure Travel Van (LTV) with an island bed (IB). We placed our order with Bob Spack. Bob was terrific. When Bob retired, Gary took over the order. While waiting for our order, I made a nuisance of myself by changing (adding and subtracting) options for the motorhome. Gary was endlessly patient. Yesterday, I got a wonderful message from Gary saying the motorhome had arrived — a month early. For personal financial reasons I need not explain, my wife and I realized it would be prudent for us to back out of the order. Fretz, frankly, had every legal and moral right to keep our $5,000 deposit. Instead, Gary offered to come to our financial rescue and have the dealership sell the motorhome, whereupon he will return our deposit. I am both embarrassed and beholden to Fretz. I sent Gary a full-blown apology. His response was the epitome of graciousness. Reader, take note. I, basically, wronged this dealership, and the dealership forgave me and absorbed my poor behavior. Folks, that's as good as it gets. Incidentally, though importantly. TripleE did NOT increase the base price of the motorhome in the 1.5+ years between our order and delivery. Nor did TripleE increase the price of the myriad options we selected. In fact, TripleE LOWERED the overall price. You heard me right: they lowered it.

We very much appreciated to time the sales team spent with us, answering questions and showing us the in's and out's of our new, 2023 LTV Wonder. Our only regret is that they were closer to our home in Central Virginia, but in the end, the drive was more than worth it. DOG FRIENDLY (which helped us during the vehicle walk-through). Thanks to Al, our sales guy who found us a great vehicle, Jerry, who provided a masterful walk-thru, and Brian, who got us through the paperwork in record time.

Awesome place , Our sales Guy Joe Hooven was fantastic, Even the Financial Guy Brian was Awesome, I would highly recommend FritzRV for anyone interested looking into buying an RV. Can’t say enough good things here, was outstanding experience!!!
