Had an amazing meal at Handle last night. The food, atmosphere, service, & creativity of the dishes were out of this world! My wife and I have never had a better cauliflower dish, it's a must try. At this point we have dined at most of the best Park City area restaurants, Handle is definitely at or near the top of the Park City restaurant list. I couldn't recommend this establishment highly enough!

Handle loss it’s touch. I give this restaurant unfortunately 0 stars. The food was on par with a fast food joint. We had a 7:45 reservation, was seated 7:55 waiting for a table. we finished our meal by 8:32. The portions were extremely small and the price was let’s say very upsetting. We had the best time last year at this establishment. It is sad, since we waited till the last night to revisit since it was our favorite place last year. The server told use that nothing was worth getting in the appetizer list, recommended the New York strip, 4 small slices for 42 dollars. Cool With no taste. The chicken was pre cooked as you could see all of it on the self under the heat lamp. 42 dollars for the plate for dry, cool, left out chicken. I d be more impressed if they served kfc. Regardless of the price, it has turned in to a fast food joint with nice atmosphere. With park city have plenty of fantastic options for food, don’t waste a night on this location. After asking if they changed the chef, the server stated it’s the owner, and he is also the head chef and was cooking tonight. He couldn’t be bother or any manager to further see how our meal was, after spend north of 200 dollars at the location. Beyond disappointed, now being my family to pizza since getting reservation a difficult in PC, and we are still hungry after such a wasted experience. Please find new management and a new chef. Please bring back the quality, no one will bark at the price of the food tasted like it did last year. Make if fresh, stop pre cooking everything.

First, our server Sarah was just awesome! Don't let the small entrée menu fool you. Everything they offer they make to perfection. A good variety of shareables. I had the Bucatini with mushroom ragu (hands down the best dish at the table) - don't let the mushroom part deter you if you don't like them, you won't know they're there. Also tried the meat and cheese platter, beet root and burrata salad, fried chicken (not pictured), New York steak (not pictured), whiskey caramel pudding, chocolate torte and strawberry shortcake ice cream.

Let’s say we probably had a bad luck with our border line rude server and three dishes out of four she recommended were very average. Bucatini pasta extremely over cooked and somewhat cold (a scoop of cold mascarpone didn’t help). Very underwhelmed by our experience. P.s. venison and desert were great

Questions & Answers

What does the handle name imply

Identity. Your handle is what you do and who you are. It's a moniker that defines you. Not only is that technically correct, but it is applicable. The owner and executive chef, whose name is Briar Handly, not Handley, along with the two other founding partners Meagan Nash and Melissa Grey, came up with the name handle to also be their concept, their identity and essentially mission statement for what they were going to be.
