Our experience at Reeds Jewlers was amazing. I had bought an engagement ring from Mark Feldman a couple month's ago and I couldn't be happier. My fiancée loved it! Reeds In (Orcahrd Park) From start to finish the staff was great.. very professional & nice both on the phone & in person I contacted them about getting my BFs TAGHeuer watch it needed a new battery & a band.. My husband brought his Citizen watch in to the Orchard Park store to have the strap repaired. Rob Greaves advised him to obtain special replacement links from Citizen and he would be able to repair it. He contacted Citizen US office and received the required links. On returning to Reed Jens Rob had the strap repaired in a few minutes. Thanks for the helpful service.

We bought an engagement ring from Mark Feldman a few months back and I can’t recommend his services and this store enough! Mark was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job helping me pick out my now fiancées dream ring! He was very professional and honest throughout the entire process and we could not be happier! Mark went above and beyond to ensure I got the exact style ring my fiancé wanted and sat with me for hours over multiple days. She gets compliments on the ring everywhere we go! Sometimes they buy diamonds that are over a carat, but it has to be what they are looking for at the time (color, cut, clarity). They do not buy loose stones (i.e, opal, citrine, blue topaz, garnet, amethyst, aquamarine, diamond (under one carat, and not what they are searching for (cut, color and clarity wise), emerald, pearl, ruby, sapphire, etc.) They buy gold though. But even when they buy gold they tell you that they don't want the stones and will ask you if you want the jeweler to take them out for you really quick to keep.
