Edit 3/2022: Unfortunately I have to knock down three stars as this location because the staff is terrible at answering phones or responding to their texts. They have ignored me for serval hours for CPAP supplies I requested for a week. They also expect me to request the documents from the doctors instead of talking to them. This is also very tricky when choose medical equipment ghosts me and doesn’t answer my questions of what is needed to process the requests. Review from November 2020 that impressed to to come again: Very nice staff!! You have to be patient with them but everyone there is very nice. They do listen to their voicemail and I got a call back within 3 hours when I left one. The cashier even helped a customer put a walker in their car. Jan was very helpful and informative.

Terrible terrible customer service. I was in the showroom for a while before anyone decided to come help me. I could have emptied their showroom and they would have never known it.

The Wheelchair specialist for Choice Medical Equipment, Don Nelson, was an excellent Specialist. He took all the measurements for me so as to have an accurate fit. He also explained how the motorized wheelchair works and allowed me to test drive it while following me and explaining. I was very impressed with their service and professionalism. I don’t give a 4 star 🌟 rating unless I am completely satisfied and I was. Would I recommend to family and friends.. ABSOLUTELY!!😊👍🏽

I moved to West Texas and I was looking for a place like Medical Choice of Denton, they have also everything you need for minor cuts or burns and plus more. Here in Abilene, Tx. As big it is, I could not find a place where you can find the minor items supplied for cuts or burns. I appreciate doing business with y’all. Missed it!

Hi Kathy, we do not repair the concentrators in our store, however we do have an off site location that repairs our concentrators where we can send your Millenium 10. There is usually a 2-4 week turnaround. There is an $100.00 fee to determine what is wrong with the unit. If you decide to repair it after receiving the estimate then the $100.00 fee is put toward the repairs. If you decide not to repair the unit and do not want the concentrator back you will receive $50.00 back. If we send the unit in for an estimate and then you decide you do not want to repair the concentrator, but you do want the unit returned you will not receive any of the initial $100.00 back. Hi Tess, I'm sorry you do not like the wheelchair. It is what the therapist and the doctor and I thought would serve you best. You may need to rearrange your home a bit for optimal chair usage. The chair is custom and does belong to you, so you may do what you like with it. Best Wishes!
