I wish I could give it 0 stars… the staff was either ignorant or unwilling to help. The community is always filthy. I had to reach out to the management company because Ida the property manager would not install a new A/C which was needed anyways. since then it has been harassment, and awkwardness. I witnessed another staff taking pictures of my cars and when confronted they played it off and treated me like I’m delusional. Upon move out Ida charged me for a spot on the carpet that was put in the notes when first move in the unit. I also got charged for paint that they put on the garage floor which should fall under wear and tear… not like they weren’t going to repaint that anyways. And nails that were there prior to me moving in the unit. You can even see the paint they use on the end of the nails. The pictures I have before vacating are completely different from the pictures she provided at well. This is obviously retaliation. I sure hope this management company can put qualified employees in the office that won’t take their personal vendettas out on the residence.

**RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!! I WISH I WOULD'VE LOOKED OVER THE REVIEWS BEFORE CHOOSING THIS PLACE!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW** We recently relocated to the DFW area from Michigan, it was the only place accepting new tenants. We were told we couldn’t view the apartment because Covid. Which was fine due to the time limit we have but I wasn’t thrilled. Especially having a few months after being moved in we started seeing people viewing units. We waited almost 2 weeks after signing our lease to move in because our unit wasn’t even ready nor had been “cleaned” yet. And so they could replace the countertop because they didn’t order the correct one(something I asked if it was okay to replace while we moved in we were denied) Once we were able to move in the unit was disgusting. It wasn’t up to standards that a professional cleaning company even came in to clean. We were told the day we moved in that they would have vendors coming in and out to finish up work being done. Just to watch one of their painting companies come in and do some of the worst painting jobs I have seen. There was wax oil covering a wall that they just painted over leaving paint drips down the wall. We had zero use of our master closet because the carpet was ruined upon moving in. You could smell it the second you reached the master suite. We ended up taking the carpet up ourselves because we could see black mold on the baseboards that were rotted out entirely. Under the carpet was entire molded baseboards, tack strips and flooring foam. The smell took your breath away to the point we had to buy a big bucket of damp rid(only lasted roughly 4 days) and a charcoal moisture block to attempt to get rid of the moisture that was trapped in the small space. We ended up leaving our closet door shut because it made the entire bathroom and bedroom smell. We waited approximately 2.5-3 months for someone to even answer after emailing multiple times and calling. We ended up contacting someone through the city. Once I stated we reached out they immediately decided to jump on the problem they knew about. They sent a carpet cleaning service out not even the carpet company. The man that did come out the first said the smell was god awful and apologized that we had to live with it for the time we did. Once they were able to have someone come out they messed the baseboards up and didn’t even fix the problem which lead to them coming back out to redo it the right way. We did not get any rent or anything for being put out after being told “they value their residents”. The pool was never open the rest of our time there hardly after we were told it would be open about a few weeks after moving in. There is literally no parking. There is no peace or quiet. There was problems with people breaking into cars. I had my car vandalized and they told me nothing could be done unless I caught it on camera. There is no cameras other than by the pool areas and front office. Trash service sucks!! Also upon moving out regardless of completing your checkout list you still get charged for cleaning regardless of you doing it! An entire scam!!!
