My experience has not been good, delay in every step of the process and I did what I was told. My children and I are homeless at this point. Do anyone have a supervisor number that answers or a case manager? Update case manager email back almost 5 days later saying Please advise I don’t work in that department. How rude and unhelpful that is and you are the case manager.

If your disability was recorded when you applied at the DHA they will accommodate you.
As for the rocking chair on balconies I was told it for patio furniture only. Front Porches in flats I have seen rocking chairs but don't quote me on the rules.i think it it depends on management.
