Hi there's a few things I need to get off chest. Melissa, Property Manager, she's great with people, understanding person, she does her job to the best of her ability in making us understand about the leasing and so forth. One of your best employee that you have. Now Scott Johnson, Assistant Manager. I sorry to say this but he is not a people person. There lots of complaints on how he been treating tents badly. He's there just to get a pay check and that's it. He's trying to take other people job away. He's more of a me person. He really needs a attitude adjustment. If you call this person a employee, think twice.

The apt complex was pretty quite for the most part. However walls are very thin and you can diffently hear neighbors. I had several packages stolen not 1 or 2 but several my patio door lock never worked and it never got fixed I had to use a wood block as a lock at night and when I left the apt.

My kitchen window broke almost 3 weeks ago, the people cutting the trees accidentally broke it. We immediately called them about it, they were aware.. All they did was put a bored on the window but the cold air still comes in. Im 6 months pregnant and it gets very cold in our apartment now due to the damage. They don’t care about fixing it at all. It’s been 3 weeks and it’s still not fixed. Horrible experience here at these apartments.

What can I say about Aspenwood Apartments. From the time I made my first call they greeted me with the best professionalism I have ever experienced. The property manager Malisha has gone above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were taken care of. During the tour she made sure all of our questions were answered and made sure we saw what we were buying. She ensured that we were comfortable with our apartment that we were going to move in. During the lease signing she went over each rule and regulation and made sure we understood our role in this community. Thank you so much Malisha for making us feel at home from day one we will make sure all of our friends know about this apartment and make sure to come make Aspenwood there home! Thank you for making sure that we are always taken care of especially giving us a family feeling since we moved her from California!
