They simply don't keep up with cleaning or maintenance. It's gross, I don't want to touch surfaces. No one is enforcing rules. 15 kids jumping on one another in the foam pit, and two associates walking back and forth playing with 'each other'.. safety should be a concern for any business. It's clear they can't hire good help.

They have lots of different passes available. Best to visit their website and click on hours and pricing. Parents can jump with their kids with a parent pass, which is really cheap. They also have lots of deals and special events throughout the week.

Party blocks are for a two hour periods. But this is only applicable to the table or room that is reserved for you. You are free to jump for as long as you wish after the completion of your party time. However, if you would like to keep your table or room for longer, you would have to reserve two full party blocks (4 hours in total).

No it is not available by itself, but you can add it to any ticket you purchase for $5 dollars which includes two 5 minute games. The best value is the platinum package which includes all attractions like sky coaster and Rockwalls, including VR games for $29.99 plus tax. I must say the VR is pretty cool, interactive and Zombie game coming soon. I can't wait!

It depends on which attractions you want them to play on. It IS really expensive though. All access is about $30 each (if you include socks and a locker) and that's only for children. My 4 & 9 year old went at the time. It was a nightmare (at least on a crazy busy day/ time)

There are prominent signs indicating that food from outside is prohibited. I would imagine that a cake and such would fall in this category if you didn't arrange for a party with three facility.
