I called the night before and they were on the way by 8:30. He was awesome diagnosed the problem, he had to order a new condenser. The whole air conditioner was fixed by 10:00am. It was fixed and Jeff came to inspect it's run like a champ. What's so good is everyone I dealt with was so professional and courteous. Definitely will use them of needed in the future.

Not at these temperatures. When it's 100+ degrees outside it will run all day. Please check your filter - if it's dirty it can cause the system to run longer. Also if your outdoor unit is dirty that can also cause the problem. Even if it doesn't look dirty you can turn the power off to it & use a water hose with thumb pressure (no harder or you could risk damaging the fins) & wash all 4 sides from side to side, top to bottom. If your still having a problem more than likely it is low on refrigerant. Give us a call & we can schedule a service call.
Unfortunately we don't install humidifiers so we wouldn't know the best one to use.
